Q. How much does the Macon Fellows Program cost?
A. The Macon Fellows Program tuition is $4500. This cost includes all travel, most meals, seminary tuition, books, retreat and conference registrations. We require a $200 deposit upon acceptance into the program, which goes towards to the cost of the program. $3150 is due by December with the remaining $1350 due by the end of March.
Q. Where do I live?
A. Fellows will live rent free with a Christian family from our community. Although this may be an intimidating prospect, it usually ends up being the best part of a fellows experience in the program.
Q. How do I find a job?
A. When you are accepted into the program, you will fill out an internship questionnaire that helps us find you potential job placements. Our job is to help find you the best options with regards to your interest and skill, but it’s your job to apply and interview.
Q. Can I quit the program?
A. There are a few situations in life that may require you to back out of a previous commitment, but those situations are few and far between. When you commit to this program we are equally committed to you. We will do everything in our power to help you cross the finish line with a better understanding of God, yourself and what it looks like to be all in on community.
Q. When does the program start and end?
A. The Macon Fellows Program runs from Labor Day (September) to Memorial Day (May).
Q. What kind of classes will I take?
A. You will take one seminary course for credit and participate in our Monday morning round table discussions where we will learn about worldview, theology, and practical ministry and life lessons from our pastors and various other church members.
