There are many different avenues for you to get involved with the Macon Fellows Program. Whether you are interested in employing a Fellow, have a free afternoon to share your wisdom, or you would like to invite a Fellow to live in your home – we would love to speak with you.

Here are just a few ways for you to get involved.

EMPLOY A FELLOW

The vision of the Fellows program is to develop leaders that will excel in the workplace and become community leaders. Therefore, the program only accepts young adults who aspire to those goals. We have developed many long-lasting relationships with business owners in Macon. If you are looking for an employee who is committed to learning, serving your company, and becoming a leader in your industry – we would like to partner with you.

BECOME A FELLOW HOST FAMILY

The goal of the host family experience is to expose Fellows to a household which is Christ-centered and is willing, amidst daily challenges, joys and failures, to share its experiences with a young person not of his/her own. Becoming a host family is a large commitment. Let us know you think this would be a good fit for you and your family.

HOST A FELLOWS FAMILY DINNER

On Monday evenings the Fellows eat a meal together with different church members. It’s a great time of fellowship and fun. If you would like to host a Monday night dinner please contact us.

MENTOR A FELLOW

Fellows are learners. They want to learn from those who a few strides ahead of them in life. Each Fellow in assigned one mentor for the nine-month program. Mentors are to provide guidance and encouragement. We encourage our Fellows to meet with their mentors once or twice a month.

SPEAK AT LUNCH & LEARN

The Fellows meet on Fridays to learn from men and women who have seen God use them in their specific industry and workplace. Our speakers usually share a brief testimony and tell their experience of combining faith and work.
